“I thought it was a really good basketball game, between two very good teams. It is tough to win on the road. This is a tough conference. We can’t win them all on the road. This is a tough one to take.
“We got hurt inside because we were out of position at times. We knew that coming into the game that they had solid inside guys. Free throws hurt us tonight. We had some critical turnovers, especially at the end. We gave up too many easy buckets.
“I am proud of the way our kids played. Coach O’Brien is a great coach. He really has his kids playing well.”

“It was a terrific win for us. Our guys played well against a very good team. I have to acknowledge the role our fans played. I don’t know if we could’ve had a better basketball setting than we had today.
“(Terence) Dials was a man inside. He got a lot of key offensive rebounds and was key in that critical stretch in the second half. He is coming on like gangbusters. He has no ego. He is happy to contribute any way he can and he is taking advantage of every opportunity he gets.
“We continued to guard them hard. We got a lot of key rebounds in those last couple of minutes. The side out-of-bounds play was big. Free throws were very key. You have to make your free throws to succeed in this conference.”
