Women’s Soccer Match At Purdue Postponed – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio-Lori Walker, Ohio State women’s soccer head coach, today announced the match between Ohio State and Purdue, originally scheduled for Sunday at 2 p.m. (EST), will take place at 5 p.m. (EST) Monday at the Varsity Soccer Complex in West Lafayette, Ind. The match was postponed so the entire team and coaching staff can attend a memorial service for Ohio State men’s soccer freshman Connor Senn. Senn died late Wednesday evening at Akron City Hospital from an “unspecified cardiac event” following an injury he sustained in the Ohio State versus Akron match.
The Ohio State women will face Indiana at 6 p.m. (EST) Friday in Bloomington, Ind. as scheduled.
