Merrymakers Foundation To Host Buckeye Hoops Pep Rally – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Basketball Coaches Jim O’Brien and Beth Burns, and members of both the men’s and women’s teams will be the featured guests at Pep Rally 2000 Thursday, Nov. 30 from 6-9 p.m. at Value City Arena in The Jerome Schottenstein Center.
Presented by the Merrymakers Foundation, tickets are $10 per person and available for purchase at the OSU Athletics Ticket Office open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by calling 1-800-Go-Bucks. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Ohio State scholarship fund.
The program includes team introductions, and autograph and photograph sessions with squad members. The Ohio State cheerleaders, pep band and Brutus Buckeye also will be present.
The Merrymakers Club and the Merrymakers Foundations, Inc., is a nonprofit civic and social organization founded in 1926 by a group of young African-American men. Since its inception, the Merrymakers have contributed over $200,000 to the Ohio State scholarship fund.
