Women’s Rowing Closes its Fall Season with Rivanna Romp – Ohio State Buckeyes

%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio–The Ohio State women’s rowing team competed in the Rivanna Romp regatta hosted by the University of Virginia, Sunday, Nov. 12. Virginia took three out of four events.%^$
%^$Ohio State took a second-place finish in the women’s eight head race with a time of 13:46.6. The Buckeyes took a third-place finish in the novice eight head race with a time of 15:26.4. OSU `A’ squad finished out the regatta with another third place finish in the varsity four event with a time of 15:13.7, while the `B’ crew took sixth.%^$
%^$The Buckeyes closed out their fall season with the regatta. Ohio State will begin their regular schedule March 24, 2001, with a dual race between Virginia and North Carolina in Charlottesville, Va.
