COLUMBUS, Ohio – The 14th-ranked Ohio State crew team competed against North Carolina, Virginia and Michigan today in their first home race of the season. Virginia justified their No. 2 national ranking by winning every event they raced in while No. 4 Michigan and No. 17 North Carolina also raced well. Although the Buckeyes did not get the best of the Cavaliers in any race, they beat North Carolina across the board in head-to-head competition.
Next for Ohio State will be a duel meet at Iowa April 10 before returning home to the Griggs Reservoir April 17 to face Michigan and Notre Dame.
