COLUMBUS, Ohio – Below is a list of the lottery winners for the 1999 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament first round game in Indianapolis, Ind. Ohio State plays Murray State in the first game in session two on Thursday, March 11, 1999 beginning at 7:40 p.m. (EST).
Please note that this lottery does not include a ticket for session one on Thursday afternoon. Payment is due today, Tuesday, March 9, 1999. The cost is $28 per ticket for session two Thursday evening only. If Ohio State wins, payment will be required for session three on Saturday.
