NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Tickets to be Distributed Through Lottery – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State Buckeyes have been selected to participate in the 1999 Men’s Basketball Championship. The Buckeyes will play Murray State Thursday in Indianapolis at the RCA Dome, time to be announced.
Ohio State will receive an initial allocation of 350 tickets. These tickets will be used for players’ family members, official university travel party, coaches’ family, the band and Ohio State students, faculty and staff.
Ohio State students, faculty and staff may place an application for tickets at the Jerome Schottenstein Center Ticket office beginning Monday, March 8. A random lottery will be conducted at the close of business Monday. All individuals who will receive NCAA tickets from the Ohio State allocation will be posted Tuesday morning. Payment for the tickets must be received by the close of business Tuesday. These tickets will be required to be picked up at the tournament site by the original applicant. No exceptions.
Individuals who are not eligible to purchase tickets via this lottery may contact the RCA Dome at 317-262-3389. They have indicated that a limited number of tickets remain available for the first and second round games to be held at Indianapolis.
