Ohio State sophomore Michael Redd moved into 26th place on theall-time Ohio State scoring list with 22 against Iowa. Redd has1,142 career points in 55 games in his career. Frank Howard(1956-58) is next on the list with 1,147. Buckeye junior ScooniePenn tied a career high with 27 points against the Hawkeyes. Heknocked down a career-best six 3-pointers, all in the second half.He had 24 points in the final 20 minutes, including a perfect 6 of6 outing from the free throw line. When Redd and Penn combine for40 or more points, the Buckeyes are 8-1 this season. The duo scored49 against the Hawkeyes including 39 of 46 second half points forOSU. The 19 wins this season is the most since the 1992 Buckeyesfinished 26-6. The nine wins in the Big Ten are the most since the1992 team was 15-3. Penn had two assists against Iowa. He needsjust three more to reach 300 for his career. Ohio State is 6-2, 3-1on the road, against ranked teams this season. Ohio State will be going for a rare sweep ofboth Indiana and Purdue this season when the Buckeyes travel toIndiana this week.
