Ohio State improves to 8-2 on the season with the 79-43 winover American University (5-5). OSU holds a 22-2 record during itstwo years at Value City Arena. Michael Redd tallied 19 points inthe contest, becoming the 13th player in OSU history to eclipse the1,500-point barrier. With 1,510 career points, Redd has moved pastTroy Taylor (1,497) into 13th place on the all-time scoring ladderat Ohio State.
