COLUMBUS, Ohio – This spring, the Ohio State men’s and women’s lacrosse programs are set to play their first seasons in the Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium. The new home for Buckeye lacrosse features 360-degree vantage points, a state-of-the-art heated turf, a first-class training room, and more.
“Our team is really looking forward to playing in Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium this season,” Ohio State men’s lacrosse head coach Nick Myers said. “The stadium is a premier venue for lacrosse not only in Ohio, but across the country, and has so much to offer both the student-athletes and fans in terms of the game day experience. We are excited to welcome Buckeye Nation to the new home for Buckeye lacrosse and create an incredible environment for our men to compete.”
“Our student-athletes are so excited for the season to start in our new home,” Ohio State women’s lacrosse head coach Amy Bokker said. “We have watched the stadium being built from the ground up, and we are so grateful for the hard work and time put in over the last few months. We will be ready on February 10 for the opening draw!”
The programs will officially open their seasons in February with the men hosting Air Force Saturday, Feb. 4 at noon and the women hosting Robert Morris Friday, Feb. 10 at 3 p.m.
Single game and group tickets for the 2023 Ohio State men’s lacrosse season are set to go on sale Thursday, Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. ET. Admission for women’s lacrosse games at Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium are free.
Ohio State Men’s Lacrosse Tickets

Multiple ticket options, starting at $10 with applicable fees, are available for fans at Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium. A limited number of reserved seatback seating is available in the grandstands on the west side of the stadium. Bleacher seating is available in both the grandstands and on the east sideline of the field. Standing room only tickets allow access to viewing from around the field, including the west concourse level and berms around the field.
The men’s lacrosse home schedule features seven regular season home games, including three against 2022 NCAA semifinalist teams. Ohio State will welcome Air Force (Feb. 4), Cleveland State (Feb. 11), North Carolina (Feb. 19), Cornell (March 4), Detroit Mercy (March 14), Rutgers (March 26) and Maryland (April 9) to Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium in 2023.
Men’s Lacrosse Preseason Scrimmages
The Buckeyes will host two preseason scrimmages in Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium in preparation for the 2023 season. The team will play Lafayette on Jan. 21 and Robert Morris on Jan. 28. Both games start at noon and admission is free.
Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse Games
Ohio State women’s lacrosse games are free to the public. The Buckeyes open the 2023 season at Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium with two consecutive home games. Ohio State will start the year against Robert Morris, followed by Temple on Sunday, Feb. 12. at noon. The team will host nine regular season home games in the lacrosse stadium this year.
Gameday Parking
Parking for Ohio State lacrosse games is available in the Buckeye Lots located on Fred Taylor Dr. Fans are advised to access these lots from Lane Ave or Ackerman Rd. Parking for Ohio State men’s lacrosse games is free.
