Game Basics
- No. 21 Ohio State and No. 14 Illinois meet on the hardwood at noon Saturday at the State Farm Center in Champaign. Fox will televise.
- The Buckeyes evened the season series with Northwestern in Columbus Wednesday, 81-71. Duane Washington Jr. scored a career high 23 points in the win. He also had a career best six assists.
- Ohio State is 4-3 in the Big Ten with all three losses on the road. The Buckeyes are 3-0 in home conference games this season.
- Chris Holtmann’s teams are 3-2 vs. Illinois. The Illini are 103-74 in the series, including a 60-26 record in Champaign and a 29-16 record at the State Farm Center.
