
Buckeyes Sign Four for 2023-24 Season

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women’s hockey team has signed four student-athletes to National Letters of Intent, head coach Nadine Muzerall announced Friday.

Jordan Baxter | Forward | North Delta Secondary School | Delta Hockey Academy | Coquitlam, B.C.
- Member of the Hockey Canada 2022 U18 World Championship Team
- Leading scorer in the CSSHL for the 2021-22 season, and continues to lead this year
- Assistant captain for North Delta Secondary in 2021-22 and captain for the 2022-23 campaign
- 2021 Team B.C. National Champion
- Also plays lacrosse and was a National Team B.C. Lacrosse Champion in 2018-19
- Honor roll student in high school who intends to major in health sciences
Joy Dunne | Forward | The Fulton School in Chesterfield | Lady Blues | O’Fallon, Mo.
- Played for the AAA Lady Blues team for 13 years, most recently a member of the U19 Lady Blues team
- Serves as the captain of her U19 team and was a starter on last year’s team
- Named a member of the 2022 U.S. U18 Women’s Select Team
- Invited to the 2022 USA Hockey Women’s National Festival, scoring three goals in two games
- Is the sister of Ohio State alumnae Jessica and Jincy Dunne
Delaney Fleming | Forward | Shattuck St. Mary’s | Rochester, Minn.
- Four-year letterwinner in ice hockey playing for Shattuck St. Mary’s
- Named captain and a starter for the Sabres
- Played at the USA Hockey 2021 Girls U18 Camp, skating in four games and recording two assists
- Honor roll student for her entire career at Shattuck and intends to major in pre-med
Jocelyn Amos | Forward | London Devilettes | Ailsa Craig, Ont.
- Selected to the Hockey Canada 2021 National Women’s Team Selection Camp and earned a spot on the 2021-22 U18 roster
- Captain of Hockey Canada’s 2022 U18 IIHF Women’s World Championship gold medal team, scoring the game-winning goal in the team’s 3-2 win over the United States in the final game
- Played in four games and recorded five points on two goals and three assists on Canada’s U18 team in the rivalry series against the United States last August
- Plays club for the OWHA’s London Devilettes
