Announcement: Athletics Ticket Office Closed

The Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office, located at the Schottenstein Center, will temporarily close until further notice. Ticket office staff will continue to work remotely to ensure the needs of our patrons are met.

We continue to monitor and assess the crisis situation surrounding COVID-19 and take our direction from government and university officials.

Patrons may order their 2020 Football season tickets and opt-in to payment plan by logging into their account at www.OhioStateBuckeyes.com/tickets.

THE FOOTBALL RENEWAL DEADLINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 29. 

Furthermore, those who have already opted-in to a payment plan will have their payments paused until May 1.

Those needing assistance may contact representatives of the Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office through the following means:

1. By E-mail: Contact the ticket office by emailing athletic.tix@osu.edu. Emails will be monitored throughout the day to ensure a timely response.
2. By Phone: Our main phone number, 1-800-GO-BUCKS (1-800-462-8257), will be monitored by the ticket office team Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Outside of these hours, you may leave a voicemail for a return call the following business day.
3. Live Chat: Visit OhioStateBuckeyes.com/tickets and select the “Let’s Chat” button on the bottom right of the screen. Representatives will be available to answer questions Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
