RESULTS
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Rising senior all-arounder Justin Ah Chow and rising junior all-arounder Kameron Nelson competed at the 2022 U.S. Classic, held in Salt Lake City on Sunday. Ah Chow had previously qualified for the USA Championships in August and Nelson qualified today. Both will be competing in the all-around.
- Nelson finished 16th overall in the all-around competition with a score of 76.729. Carrying over from the collegiate season, he was especially strong on floor and vault – scoring 14.029 and 14.300, respectively, to finish in the top-seven in each of the two events. Nelson also stuck his dismount on high bar to earn a 12.750. This is the first time in his collegiate career that he competed in the all-around.
- Ah Chow competed on pommel horse, parallel bars and high bar. His best routine of the competition was on parallel bars where he earned a 13.150.
