Sullinger Named 2012 Sporting News All-American – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio-Ohio State sophomore forward Jared Sullinger has been named a 2012 First Team All-American by the Sporting News, the publication announced today.
Sullinger was the magazine’s 2011 Freshman of the Year and a member of its First Team All-America squad a season ago as well.
Ohio State claimed a share of the 2012 Big Ten Regular Season Championship with its win at No. 5 Michigan State Sunday. The Buckeyes (25-6) are the No. 3 seed in the 2012 Big Ten Tournament and will play either No. 6-seed Purdue or No. 11-seed Nebraska at about 9 p.m. Friday in Indianapolis.
