Sky Carrasquillo, who wrapped up a standout playing career at Yale in 2025, was named an assistant coach for the Ohio State women's lacrosse team in Summer 2025.
A midfielder and draw specialist, Carrasquillo was a four-time All-Ivy honoree at Yale, with first team honors in 2024, second team accolades in 2022 and 2025 and honorable mention recognition in 2023. She was an IWLCA First Team All-Northeast Region selection as a senior in 2025 and was named to the second team in 2024. In 2025, Carrasquillo was recognized by ILWomen and USA Lacrosse as an Honorable Mention All-American. She was on the 2025 Tewaaraton Award Watch List.
During her career, the Bulldogs made two NCAA quarterfinal appearances (2024, '25) and qualified for the Ivy League Tournament all four years, with Carrasquillo earning All-Tournament Team accolades in 2023 and '24.
She ended her career with 136 points, ranking 17th all-time in Yale history, while starting and playing in 73 games. She is third in school history with 264 career draw controls, including a career-best 95 in 2022. As a senior, Carrasquillo had 59 points, with 52 goals and seven assists, along with 60 draw controls. She earned the Barbara Bowditch Award as the Bulldogs' most valuable player in 2023.
A native of Alpharetta, Ga., and graduate of Milton High School, Carrasquillo is a member of the Puerto Rico Women's National Team. She was part of the team's 11th place finish at the 2022 World Championship and a second-place finish at the PALA Sixes Tournament in 2023.
