Logan Hittle serves as the Associate Athletic Director of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) & Strategic Initiatives at The Ohio State University, where he helps lead one of the nation’s most innovative and impactful NIL programs. During his tenure, Ohio State has generated one of the largest financial NIL portfolios, facilitating over 5,500 deals across 1,500 student-athletes since July 2021.
A former football student-athlete at Ohio State, Logan brings firsthand experience and deep understanding of the student-athlete journey. He has played a pivotal role in shaping Ohio State’s NIL strategy, partnering with coaches, legal teams, and external stakeholders to create sustainable compensation models, manage institutional budgets, and ensure compliance with evolving NCAA and legal standards.
Logan is a recognized thought leader in the collegiate athletics space, frequently speaking at national events and collaborating with institutions, agents, and donors on NIL best practices. His work has helped position Ohio State as a trailblazer in the NIL landscape, driving competitive success and economic growth across all 36 varsity sports.
He holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology: Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Education: Sport Industry from The Ohio State University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Logan also serves on the Emerging Leaders Board for the Greater Columbus Sports Commission and has held leadership roles within the National Association of Academic Advisors and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A).
