Grace Flowers, also known as Gracie, is a Chicago native with a Master of Education in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Arkansas and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. With extensive experience as an academic counselor and learning specialist, she has supported student-athletes at multiple universities, including leading the Blazer Academics for Building Blazers Mentor Program at UAB and managing a study hall program for academically at-risk freshmen at the University of Illinois. Her passion for athlete academic support stems from her own experience as a high school track and field athlete, where she learned the value of balancing sports and academics. Known for her genuine care, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to create tailored learning strategies, Gracie empowers students to excel on and off the field. Outside of work, she enjoys attending sports events, exploring new cuisines, and embarking on adventures like hiking and horseback riding. A proud supporter of the Chicago Bears, Gracie is dedicated to fostering excellence and building meaningful connections with those she serves.
