Bryan Jay joined the Ohio State football staff in April 2026 as an Assistant Director of Creative Design. He brought extensive experience in digital media, content creation and social media strategy, most recently serving as Content Creator for Tennessee Football from May 2025 to March 2026. His role in Knoxville included producing engaging social media content, filming games and practices, managing student interns, and collaborating on gameday experiences and large-scale projects.

Prior to Tennessee, Jay spent over two years as Creative Media Student Assistant for Ohio State Football from February 2023 to May 2025, producing daily social content for @OhioStateFB, creating the content for OSU’s National Signing Day 2025 and he enhanced recruiting photoshoots with set design, lighting and editing. He also worked as Digital Media Student Assistant for Ohio State Athletics from August 2021 to May 2025, producing photo and video content across all 36 varsity sports -- including helping launch the @OhioStateAthletics TikTok account. He also served as Social Content Producer/Photographer for OSU’s recent College Football Playoff appearances.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication Analysis and Engagement from Ohio State in May 2025 and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Columbus State Community College in 2023.
