- Won the 400 IM at the Tim Welsh Classic with a time of 4:12.45

2021-22 (Sophomore)
- Placed seventh in the 400 IM at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 4:12.27
- At the CSCAA National Invitational Championship, won the 400 IM with a time of 4:11.21
- Also at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship, placed third in the 200 IM (1:59.96) and fourth in the 200 back (1:57.32)
- Placed ninth in the 400 IM at the Ohio State Fall Invitational with a time of 4:13.63
2020-21 (Freshman)
- Competed in all three regular season meets
- Earned points for Ohio State at the 2021 Big Ten Championships, finishing 12th in both the 400 IM and 200 Back
- Swam personal bests in the 200 Back (1:56.52) and 400 IM (4:14.55) at the conference championships

- Four-year letterwinner at Earl L. Vandermeulen under head coach Mary Fleckenstein
- Two-time New York state champion in the 200 IM
- Swam for the Three Village Swim Club for Mark Anderson
- Was a 2016 US Olympic Trials qualifier in the 100 Back
- Daughter of Ray and Kristin Sommerstad and has two younger siblings, Kate and Ryan
