Q: You’ve mentioned that you enjoy building Legos – what’s one completed Lego set you’re most proud of? How many Lego sets have you completed?
A: My favorite Lego set I would probably say I'm most proud of too is the Jaws one. There's a lighthouse and then there's the shark. It's in my house. It's my favorite one because I live at the beach, so it's kind of fitting, and I probably have in total at least 40, 40 to 50, I'd say. I have a lot.
Q: Your mom and grandmother were both athletes at Penn State. How did they use their experiences to help and support you becoming a Division I student-athlete?
A: I wouldn't say there was expectation, but they held me at a very high standard because they knew what I was capable of. They knew how the process, even though it has changed, but they know what it takes to be a Division I athlete, so they put a healthy amount of pressure because they know what I'm capable of. They motivated me a lot, and them just being and competing at that level motivated me a lot to just be a better player.
Q: What made you want to pursue psychology as a major?
A: I’m very interested in the way people think and I want to be a coach. I think the psychological side of that is very important, so I just wanted to be more educated on that part.
