- Won a pair of races, take first in the 100 back vs. Pitt (48.27) and first in the 200 back vs. Kenyon (1:52.06)
- Was a big part of the Buckeyes finishing runner-up at the Big Ten Championships as he scored in five different events
- Member of both the 800 freestyle relay and the 400 medley relay that both finished runner-up with NCAA A qualifying times of 6:15.36 in the 800 free and 3:05.07 in the 400 medley
- Finished fourth in the 100 back with a personal best swim of 46.16
- Won the C final of the 100 butterfly with another personal time of 47.20
- Capped the meet with a seventh-place finish in the 200 back in a time of 1:42.35. That came after he posted a PR of 1:42.05 in the prelims.
