- Did not compete in the fall as he was returning from offseason elbow surgery
- Appeared in 30 doubles matches and held a record of 17-11
- Had a pair of wins over ranked opponents, including a win over the No. 4 ranked team of Hunter Heck and Karlis Ozolins of Illinois in the Buckeyes’ conference win
2022-23 (Redshirt-Senior)
- Became part of just the second Ohio State doubles team to win an NCAA doubles championship
- Finished the year with a 31-9 doubles record and a team-best 14 wins over ranked opponents
- Was also 7-2 in singles on the season
- Joined JJ Tracy to win the ITA Fall National Doubles Championship in November, winning all five matches in three sets and beating the No. 3 ranked team of Alexander Jong and Lui Maxted in the finals
- Beat Texas’ Eliot Spizzirri and Cleeve Harper three times on the year, twice during the regular season and again in the NCAA doubles championship match
- Lost just two doubles matches over the final two months of the season
- Provided the doubles-clinching point vs. TCU in the NCAA team semifinals, helping give the Buckeyes to early edge.
- Lost in the NCAA championship match against Virginia but then rallied to win five consecutive matches against ranked teams to claim the NCAA doubles title
2021-22 (Redshirt-Junior)
- Team Captain
- Had an 11-3 doubles record and an 8-3 singles record
- Provided a key point in the Buckeyes win at No. 15 Texas in March, beating Evin McDonald 6-1, 6-4
- The moment of the year came in the NCAA Quarterfinal match against rival Michigan when he provided the clinching point in a 7-6(9), 6-4 win over Nick Beatty
- Worked his way into the doubles lineup as the year went along
- Posted one ranked doubles wins in a 6-4 decision over the No. 25 team of Ondrej Styler and Gavin Young of Michigan in April
- Played No. 2 doubles in all five of the Buckeyes NCAA Tournament matches, posting a record of 3-1
2020-21 (Redshirt-Sophomore)
- Played in one match against Michigan State, and was leading Kazuki Matsuno 7-5, 2-1 when the team match was clinched
- Battled a couple of different injuries throughout the season that slowed his progress on the count
2019-20 (Redshirt-Freshman)
- Saw his first collegiate action and was 3-4 in singles and 9-1 in doubles
- Reached the quarterfinals of the doubles draw at the ITA Midwest Regional with Kyle Seelig
- Won the doubles title at the Big Ten Singles and Doubles Championship with partner James Trotter
- Was 2-0 in spring doubles matches, picking up wins with Seelig and Trotter
- Played No. 6 singles at Georgia and was in a three-set battle with Baptiste Anselmo when the team match was clinched
2018-19 (Freshman)
- Redshirted and did not compete in a match
Prior to Ohio State
- Four-star recruit and currently ranked No. 83 in the 2018 class
- Unanimous Philadelphia Catholic League MVP as both a sophomore and junior
- Two-time District 12 individual champion and state qualifier
- Was a quarterfinalist in the 2015 state championship
- Has a singles title and three runner-up finishes in national events over the last three years
- Claimed a doubles title and was the singles runner-up at an L3 event in 2017

- Son of Marty and Cynthia Lutschaunig
- Father Marty played basketball at Villanova for legendary head coach Rollie Mossimino
- Brother Christian was a four-year letterwinner on the Penn State tennis team from 2014-17
