- Won an NCAA title on the 1-meter board with an overall score of 443.95
- Yost placed fifth in the 3-meter dive (408.50) and tied for sixth on platform (366.35)
- Yost was the only diver at the 2023 NCAA Championships to earn First Team All-American honors in all three dives
- At the Big Ten Championships, Yost earned a silver medal on the 1-meter with a score of 430.95
- Earned a silver medal on the 1-meter at USA Diving Spring Nationals to earn a spot on Team USA for the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan
- Placed 13th in 1-meter prelims in Fukuoka with an overall score of 355.05
2021-22 (Junior)
- Earned first team All-America honors with a fifth-place finish on the 1m and eighth-place on platform at the NCAA Championships
- Finished seventh on the 1m board at the Big Ten Championship and earned consolation final finishes on the 3m and platform
- Won the 1m dive (414.45) in the dual vs. Cleveland State
- Took gold in the 1m springboard at the US Open Championships and silver on platform
2020-21 (Sophomore)
- Helped the Buckeyes sweep the 3-meter podium at the Big Ten Championships, finishing second with a score of 425.80
- Also earned a third-place finish in the 1-meter dive and seventh-place result in the platform dive
- Finished with three All-American honors at the NCAA Championships
2019-20 (Freshman)
- Had a great freshman season as he was one of the best divers in the Big Ten
- Post five event victories on the year
- Started his career by winning the 1-meter dive at Texas A&M
- Won both the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions vs. Kentucky
- Took first in the 1-meter dive vs. Michigan
- Opened his first Big Ten Championship with a second-place finish in the 1-meter dive with a season-best score of 377.75
- Took third in the 3-meter competition with an NCAA A qualifying mark of 400.40
- Capped the championship by winning the Big Ten title in the platform with another NCAA A qualifying mark of 451.00
