Moldoff joined the Buckeyes' staff as the assistant diving coach in Oct. 2026.Â
Moldoff most recently served as the head competitive team coach for ACES Diving. In his role, he designed and executed individualized training plans for over 100 athletes, spanning from high school divers to Junior National Team members. In 2026, he coached ACES Diving to Region 6, Zone 6 and and Central Nationals Team Championships titles.Â
Prior to ACES Diving, Moldoff was the owner and head coach of Triad Diving Academy, which was an independent diving program that he funded and operated.Â
He served as a diving coach at Ultimate Kids for three seasons and he started his career as a diving coach with West Chester Diving in 2014.Â
Moldoff has been a USA Diving Tier 3 Junior National Coach since 2017 and he developed two USA Diving Junior National champions, four silver medalists and three bronze medalists.Â
Moldoff was a coach for the 2026 AQUA Diving World Cup in Guadalajara. He coached a silver medalist at the 2017 Junior Pan American Games and gold medalist at the 2022 Junior World Championships. He also coached athletes to two U.S. Olympic Trials finals appearances and to the 2023 and 2025 World Championships.Â
Moldoff graduated from West Chester University in 2015 with a degree in exercise science.Â
