 - +5 vs. Bowling Green Dec. 17; 12th +5 game for a Buckeye since 1999-00
 - Assist vs. Wisconsin Oct. 8 for first career point and scored first career goal on the power play at Michigan State Nov. 10

- Joined U.S. National Team Development Program at start of 2020-21
 - In first year, had 25 points, with three goals and 22 assists
 - In 2021-22, notched 18 points, including 15 assists, in 54 NTDP games and had a 2-9-11 line in 24 USHL contests
 - Part of team that won U18 Five Nations Championship in 2021 and claimed silver medal at U18 World Championship
 - Final three years of AAA hockey were with Compuware, winning U14 national championship in 2018
 - International Silver Stick tournament winner, four-time state champion and part of silver medalist at U16 Youth Olympic Games in 2020
 - Graduated from Northville High School in 2022

- Parents are Steve and Sharon; Father played hockey at Western Michigan
 - Brother Dylan plays hockey at Michigan, sister Alyssa attends Miami (Ohio)
 - Uncle Jeff Rucinski played hockey at Western Michigan and in the AHL
 - Wears No. 5 because it was his father’s number during his hockey career, so he has always worn No. 5
 - Has not yet declared a major
 - Enjoys wake surfing, water skiing and golfing and is an outstanding cook
 - Started playing hockey at age 3, with father getting he and his brother into the sport
