- Began 2013-14 with the Langley Rivermen in the BCHL, playing in 16 games, before joining the Chicago Steel in the USHL

- Captain of Honeybaked U18 squad in 2012-13 and had 27 points (12g, 16a) in 26 regular season games

Off the Ice
- Son of Doug and Julie and has two younger sisters, Ryann and Reagan
- Enjoys spending time volunteering, playing golf and watching baseball, especially the Detroit Tigers, and has made roadtrips to see the Tigers play in other ballparks

- Started skating at age 2 while living in New Haven, Conn.; went to an open skate at The Whale (Ingalls Rink) after a Yale practice, with one of the coaches coming out and giving him his first lesson; loved the game ever since
- Has worked for a local sign company, helping design and install signs in the Metro Detroit area, including work at Joe Louis Arena and Comerica Park
- Favorite player is Henrik Zetterberg because “He is a captain, a leader and plays a complete game, focusing on all three zones. I try to learn by watching him and apply those characteristics to my game, but add a little more grit!”
