Ohio State Overview
- Helped set the program record in the distance medley relay (9:49.01)
- Ohio State Scholar-Athlete and an Academic All-Big Ten honoree
Indoor
- Ran the 3000m (8:32.12) and the 5000m (15:01.96) at the Big Ten Championships
- Ranked fifth in program history in the 5000m (14:11.47) after finishing eighth in Boston and now ranks sixth
- Finished eighth in the elite mile (4:13.11) at Louisville, also competing in the 3000m (8:17.24)
- Finished ninth in the 3000m (8:23.92) at the Rod McCravy Memorial
- Did not compete.
2022-23
Cross Country
- Ran in five races during the season, finishing first or second for the Buckeyes in each
- Placed fourth overall and second for Ohio State in season-opening meet at Wright State
- Eighth-place finish to pace the Buckeyes at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational and first for the Scarlet and Gray with an 11th-place finish at Texas A&M
- First for the Buckeyes at Roy Griak Invitational in Minnesota
- 56th overall and second for the Scarlet and Gray at Big Ten Championships
- Ran the 3000m (8:30.50) at the Music City Challenge
- Ran the 3000m steeplechase (9:11.67) at the Big Ten Championships
- Won the 1500m (3:52.83) at the Ohio Invite
- Had the two-fastest Buckeye times in the 1500m this season with the second-fastest time (3:52.96) to finish fourth at the Jesse Owens Classic
- Finished fourth in the 2000m steeplechase (6:10.63) at the Bulls Invite
- Had a PR in the 3000m steeplechase (9:02.41) at the Penn Relays
- Finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (9:15.98) at the Tennessee Relays
Indoor
- Ran the 3000m (8:25.74) at the Big Ten Championships
- Finished 10th in the 3000m (8:33.33) at the Big Ten Midwest Invite
- Also ran the 800m (1:57.54) and mile (4:11.39) at the Notre Dame Meyo Invite
