Ohio State Overview
• Seth was an outstanding addition to the football team in 2024 out of the transfer portal, leading on the field, in the locker room and in the classroom as well
• He started at center for the first 10 games of the season and played so well that he was named the recipient of the Rimington Trophy as college football's outstanding center, and a consensus All-American
• He also earned first-team all-Big Ten Conference honors as Ohio State's offense ranked 7th nationally in fewest TFLs allowed per game (3.75) and 10th in fewest sacks allowed per game (1.0)
• He and Donovan Jackson became the third and fourth players in Ohio State history to earn first-team All-America honors as a player and first-team Academic All-America honors for their classroom expertise, joining Bob White in 1958 and Randy Gradishar in 1973
• He was named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-American for the second consecutive year
• He was also honored as a National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete, becoming just the 22nd in Ohio State history to achieve the honor
• Seth graded out as a champion by Ohio State coaches every game of his career - 10 - before his season ended the week of the Indiana game when he suffered an injury on the practice field
