Ohio State Overview
• Jacob spent four years with the Ohio State program, from 2020-23
• He played in 31 games, primarily on special teams
• He was unavailable during the 2023 spring drills while undergoing rehabilitation, but returned for the 2023 regular season and played in all 12 regular season games
• He entered the transfer portal at the conclusion of the 2023 regular season
• He played 87 plays on offense during his time with the Buckeyes
• His most extensive action was 34 plays against Toledo; 23 of those on offense during the 2022 season
• Jakob was a first-year Buckeye in 2020 and then played in seven games in 2021
• First collegiate action, including eight plays on offense, came against Indiana
• Jakob is an OSU Scholar-Athlete and an Academic All-Big Ten honoree
• He graduated in December of 2023 with his degree in sport industry
