Ryan Mayhew

Ryan Mayhew joined the Ohio State football program in 2023 and is currently a Recruiting Program Assistant for the Buckeyes. He supports the recruiting staff while helping with personnel operations in Columbus.Â
Mayhew came to Ohio State after spending the 2022 season with the Washington Commanders as an Equipment Intern in 2022. Before that, he worked with Penn State Football as a Recruiting Intern (2018-21) gaining experience in recruiting and player personnel. He also served as an Elite 11 Football Ops Intern with Student Sports in the summer of 2021. Â
A Penn State graduate, Mayhew earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies in August 2022. Â
