Kylie Green is Ohio State’s assistant director of recruiting strategy, joining the Buckeyes in June 2026 after serving the last two years at SMU as a graduate assistant in recruiting.
During her time in Dallas, Green’s role included being an analytics lead/personnel specialist, where she managed unofficial and official visits, supported staff communication with recruits and families, and helped oversee data-driven player evaluation, roster construction and recruiting strategy. Her work contributed to consecutive highest-ranked recruiting classes in program history, including the Mustangs’ first top 25 class, as well as SMU’s ACC Football Championship Game appearance in 2024 and Holiday Bowl championship season in 2025.
Green also gained valuable experience through an independent study and mentorship with the current Detroit Lions manager of scouting advancement during the 2019 season, where she studied NFL scouting and analytics trends. Before SMU, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2024 and added a master’s degree in data science and applied statistics from SMU in 2026.
A native of Texas, Green was a four-year softball letterwinner at Mary Hardin-Baylor and served as a two-year team captain.
