Danny Kraft joined the Ohio State football staff in March 2026 as Associate Director, Creative. He returned to Columbus after serving as Director of Football Creative Design at Maryland, where he led all creative output for the program, including social content, recruiting assets, facility projects, presentations and apparel. Kraft oversaw creative direction and managed the social content calendar while collaborating with administrators, coaches and players on seasonal brand campaigns and team engagement.
Prior to his time at Maryland, Kraft spent two years as Ohio State’s Lead Student Graphic Designer in 2023-24 after working on the Buckeyes’ creative and media staff from 2020-23 as a Student Designer and Creative Media Assistant. In those roles, he produced social and recruiting graphics, supported large-scale print projects, and created gameday and recruiting content for football and other Ohio State athletics programs. He began his career as a Student Designer at West Virginia University Athletics in 2019-20.
Kraft earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial design/design thinking from Ohio State in 2024. He was named to the Ohio State University Dean’s List in 2020 and 2023 and earned the Bishop Herman Service Award in 2019 and the Hobey Baker Character Award in 2019.
