Charlie Dickey joined the Ohio State football program in February 2025 in the role of program assistant for the offensive line.
Dickey comes to Ohio State with 35 years of experience coaching offensive lines, including at five different Power 4 schools (Arizona, Washington, Utah, Kansas State and Oklahoma State). He spent the last six years as offensive line coach at Oklahoma State University. Prior to that position, he was was on coach Bill Snyder’s staff at Kansas State University for 10 years, including earning promotions in 2016 to run game coordinator and in 2018 to offensive coordinator.
Dickey is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he was a two-year starter on the offensive line. He then played a year in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers before embarking on his coaching career.
A native of Scottsdale, Ariz., Dickey and his wife Lisa have five grown children.
