Ohio State Custom Team Mascot Camps
We are so excited to offer Custom Team Camps throughout the year for the 2026 -2027 season. Our team’s custom team mascot camps offer tailored experiences designed to meet the unique needs & goals of your mascot team.
Instruction for team camps will be provided by the Ohio State University Brutus Buckeye Coaching Staff and select program members if applicable. Whether you’re looking to define and refine your programs character, learn how to effectively integrate skits, bits and performances with your cheer and dance teams, or learn how to grow your mascots brand in your community, our instructors will work closely with you to create a personalized experience that suits your team’s abilities and aspirations.

Grades: Middle School (6th – 8th Grade), High School (9th – 12th Grade), and College aged Performers

Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State Brutus Buckeye Program Members & Coaches
- The price per performer is $250 for a 4-hour block
- Maximum number of performers 10
Each 4-hour block can be customized to fit your team’s needs. Subjects we can cover include but are not limited to:
- Character Definition and Development
- Community Engagement
- Fan Engagement
- Cheer, Band and Dance Integration
- Costume & Props 101
- Foundations of Improvisation

The fee for the 4-hour Custom Team Camp will be $250 per participant. The Camp is open to all middle school, high school, and college-aged performers.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment and suit. No equipment will be provided for ANY camper.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Along with your full mascot suits, we recommend bringing extra T-shirts, shorts, and tennis shoes. Water and breaks will be provided
Spectators are welcome to sit in the stands during the camp
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we must guarantee the number of campers to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
