Ohio State Softball Mini Elite Camp
MINI ELITE PROSPECT CAMP
This is a 3-hour elite camp with a max of 25 athletes. There will be modified training in every aspect of the game – offense, defense, pitching, and catching - with guidance from one of the nation’s leading offensive powerhouses. There will also be a modified scrimmage.

Enrollment
The fee for the Mini Elite Prospect Camp is $250 per camper. The camp is open to any and all players with grad years 2024-2029. There is a maximum number of campers permitted in this camp, so register early! You will register by your position. Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment to include: batting helmet, bat, batting gloves, glove, catching gear if applicable.
Meals and Housing
Lunch will NOT be provided. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $50 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 10 days prior to the start of each camp. If a last minute injury occurs, you must notify the camps office at least 48 hours prior to the start of camp to be eligible for a refund. No refunds for any reason will be given if notifed less than 48 hours prior to the start of each camp. The administrative fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received after the dates listed will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
