Best of the Midwest Winter Camp
You are invited to a premier winter lacrosse camp. The camp schedule will give each camper the best opportunity to develop and showcase her skills while giving college coaches an accurate evaluation on each camper’s ability. Each coach in attendance will receive detailed rosters and contact information on each camper at the event.

Grad Years: High school grad years 2026-2031 (Grades 7-12)
Location: Buckeye Lacrosse Stadium *With potential to move in the Woody Hayes Indoor Field
Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State players and coaches as well as professional players and other college coaches

Tentative Scedule
Check-In at Buckeye Lacrosse Stadium: 8:15am-9:00am
Clinic Instruction & Competition: 9:00am-4:00pm
Lunch Break (Not Provided): 12:00pm-1:00pm
First half of the day: Skill Instruction, small sided drills, & 6v6 scrimmages
Second half of the day: Games & Competitions

Enrollment
The fee for the Best of the Midwest Winter camp is $235 per camper. This fee will include an Ohio State Reversible pinnie. The camp is open to any and all girls graduating high school in 2026-2031. There is a maximum number of campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
Equiment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Meals and Housing
Meals will not be provided, but you may stay on site to eat a packed lunch. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Comfirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
