To be a great goaltender, you must be a great skater. The Power Hour is focused on goaltending development strategies that are designed to improve your goaltender's movement and edgework. During these on-ice sessions, we will be covering the following development topics:
- Edge Work
- Skating Efficiency
- Stance Structure
- Crease Movement
- Puck Handling

Dates: October 12 (Date Cancelled), November 2, January 11
These camps are one day camps, offered on several dates. You may register for one date or as many dates as you are available.
Ages: 7 and up
Location: Schottenstein Center
Camp Staff: Sessions will be run by Carter Krier, Ohio State assistant coach and goalie coach
The fee for goalies is $50 per session. These camps are one day camps, offered on several dates. The Goalie Clinics are open to any and all boys and girls meeting the age requirement for each session. Full payment is required at the time of online registration. There is a maximum number of players permitted in each session, so register early! You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
This is a day camp only and no meals or overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

A full refund less a $25 administrative fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 1 week prior to the start of the clinics. The administrative fee and 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 1 week prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund request’s supporting documentation must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
