Lead Like A Buckeye
Lead Like a Buckeye exposes team leaders and captains to different styles of leadership, through various speakers including Ohio State head and assistant coaches.
Program Overview
Originally designed by student-athletes, this program is designed to help team leaders and captains of all 36 sports effectively develop the skills necessary to lead elite teams and be effective leaders of character. This program consists of monthly leadership workshops and presentations to help leaders develop and implement elite leadership strategies
Mission
To create Leaders of Character that are effective within their teams.

To expose team leaders to different styles of leadership.
Action Plan
Meetings once a month to learn and discuss systematic topics of leadership.
