NOTHING. We will continue to honor your contract for the life of your agreement or for as long as you wish to stay in the program.
Once your seats are sold, you will receive a refund based on the terms of your agreement.
Yes! If you move within your current level, your contract will continue to be honored. If you move to a different level, you will be included in the new program. If you wish to participate in the seat selection process whereby you select seats within your level based on what is available online, please contact ath-clubservices@osu.edu
When your selection window opens, you will have the option to look at available seating and move to a new location. You do not have to select new seats if you wish to stay in your current location.
If you wish to add seats, your new seats will fall under the new pricing structure and will not be under contract.
To transfer your seat licenses, please contact ath-clubservices@osu.edu to receive a transfer agreement which both parties must complete via DocuSign.
If you transfer your seat licenses, we will continue to honor the contract for the life of the agreement, and they will not fall under the new pricing structure.
