By using this credential, the bearer and the bearer’s organization acknowledges that use of this credential and attendance at the applicable College Football Playoff game involves risk of personal injuries, illness, death, and/or damages to property related to the performance of the bearer’s services and attendance at the applicable College Football Playoff game. Without limiting the foregoing, attending the applicable College Football Playoff game on the field is inherently dangerous and involves significant risk of injury, illness, or death to the bearer caused by hazardous weather, the presence of infectious disease, adverse maintenance conditions, or the presence, movement, or traffic of crowds. The bearer and the bearer’s organization each acknowledge, understand and agree that this credential would not be granted unless they each voluntarily and with full knowledge of the risks expressly accept and assume full and complete responsibility for any and all risks and dangers of personal injury (including death), illness, infection, property loss, theft, or damage, and all hazards arising from or in any way related to the use of this credential and agree to the succeeding release, waiver, and indemnity. The bearer and the bearer’s organization, to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby expressly (a) release, waive and otherwise hold the Released Parties (as defined below) harmless against such risks, and (b) indemnify and covenant not to sue, ESPN Inc., CFP Events Inc., CFP Administration, LLC, the College Football Playoff Foundation (collectively, “CFP”), the conferences and institutions that participate in the College Football Playoff, USA Football, and their respective affiliates and officers and directors, or any subdivision thereof, and any of the aforementioned entities’ respective affiliates, members, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”), for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, demands, rights, indemnities, causes of action, and suits in equity of whatever kind or nature (collectively, “Claims”), including without limitation, Claims arising from illness, injury, death, or property loss or damage, arising from, or in any way related to, the bearer’s presence or participation in any services or activities at the applicable College Football Playoff game, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and whether caused by the Released Parties' negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
