The OSUDT Overnight Experience is BACK by popular demand this summer! This individual camp is designed to give participants the most inside look into what it is like to be on The Ohio State University Dance Team. Dancers will be able to interact and learn from OSUDT members and coaches in a class setting and the overnight option allows campers to be immersed into the team environment and get a feel for living in a dorm!
This camp is open to dancers entering grades 11 and 12 for the 2023-2024 academic year. The OSUDT Experience is highly recommended for dancers graduating in the class of 2024 and seriously interested in attending The Ohio State University. This is an advanced level experience; ability to quickly pick up advanced choreography, execute a quadruple pirouette and advanced switch leaps is highly recommended.
There is both an overnight and commuter option for this camp. There is limited capacity in the overnight camp, so we recommend registering early!

- 2 Guest Teacher Master Classes
- Variety of Additional Master Classes and Technique Sessions
- Game Day Class
- Support Staff Information Session
- Lunch all 3 days
- Dinner on Day 2

The OSUDT Overnight Experience Additionally Includes:
- Breakfast on Day 2 and Day 3

- Evening Activities and Sessions with the OSUDT

The fee for the OSUDT Overnight Experience Camp is $535 per camper. The fee for the OSUDT Commuter Experience Camp is $395 per camper. The camp is open to any and all dancers entering grades 11 or 12 for the 2023-2024 school year (Grad Years 2024 & 2025). There is a maximum number of campers permitted in each camp, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. ?There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Overnight Campers – All meals and housing are provided for the duration of the camp for overnight campers. Campers will be housed in supervised, air-conditioned dormitories on The Ohio State University Campus.
Commuter Campers – Lunch will be provided on all days of the camp. Dinner will also be provided on day 2. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 3 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 3 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury or illness, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
