OHIO STATE MEN'S VOLLEYBALL FUTURE BUCKEYES COED CAMP
You are invited to our developmental youth camp, FUTURE BUCKEYES. This camp will give beginner and intermediate Boys and Girls the opportunity to learn from current Ohio State Men’s Volleyball Coaches and Student-Athletes. Campers will gain a strong base of fundamentals and participate in fun gameplay throughout the camp.
Camp Information
- Date: July 29th – July 31st
- Grades: Boys and Girls 3rd grade – 8th grade
- Location: Covelli Center
- Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current athletes and staff.
Tentative Schedule
Check-in: Monday, July 29, 8:30am
Instruction: Same schedule July 29th, 30th, 31st
Session 1: 9:00am-11:30am
Lunch: 11:30am-12:30pm
Session 2: 12:30pm-2:00pm
Snack: 2:00pm-2:30pm
Session 3: 2:30pm-4:00pm
*Lunch will be provided, but snacks will not. Campers with any dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own food.*
Enrollment
The fee for the Coed camp is $375. This fee will include lunch each day. Campers have the option to sign up for this camp as a single day, for which the cost will be $125 each day. The camp is open to any and all boys and girls entering the 3rd grade through 8th grade. Previous playing experience is not required, this will be a beginner/intermediate skills camp. There is a maximum number of 80 campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. We will have water coolers and trainers on site, but no equipment will be provided to any camper.
Meals And Housing
Lunch will be provided each day, campers with food allergies should pack their own meals. ALL CAMPERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SNACKS for the snack break each day. This is a commuter camp, thus no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, or illness, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by email – no phone calls or voicemails. All refund requests and supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Campers who are injured while at camp will not be eligible for a refund.

Camp will be headquartered at the Covelli Center 2640 Fred Taylor Drive Columbus, OH 43201. Check-in will be in the southwest entrance of the Covelli Center.
