The Ohio State Baseball Summer Team Camp gives participating teams and their players the opportunity to showcase their playing skills, compete in a team setting, and learn the game at the next level on the field at Bill Davis Stadium. Participating teams are guaranteed two seven-inning games on Nick Swisher Field and possibly a third, along with a baseball instruction session with Ohio State Baseball Staff.

Masks will be optional in most indoor spaces on The Ohio State University campuses. In settings where masks are optional, campers and visitors can decide on an individual basis whether or not they will continue to wear a mask. Individuals should stay home if they are feeling sick and follow CDC guidelines if they test positive for COVID-19 or are exposed to someone with the virus.

The fee for The Ohio State Baseball Future Buckeye Camp is $600 per team. Ohio State Baseball camps are open to any and all entrants. There is a maximum number of six teams permitted to register for this camp.
Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% credit card processing fee will be charged to all registrations. If registering by mail, please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail.
Coaches: please bring completed Medical Waiver (filled out and signed by parents), Concussion Wavier and roster to check-in. Campers will not be able to participated without completed medical waivers.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own baseball equipment (gloves, bats, cleats, helmets; etc), however The Ohio State Baseball program will provide baseballs, and other necessary equipment needed to run camp.
There will be no housing or meals provided by OSU at this camp and campers will be responsible for providing any food that they would like to eat while at camp. Water will be provided in the dugouts during camp. Campers visiting from out of town are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations and The Ohio State Baseball program does not accept responsibility for campers outside of camp hours. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Camp Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants and the coach or representative for each team/organization will be responsible for distributing these forms to the participants in the camp. These forms will be provided to the person registering the team. Please have the participants complete, sign and bring the forms with them upon camper to check-in – do not send the forms to us prior to the date of camp. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
A confirmation of payment notice will be emailed once your registration is approved. A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Camp; Waiver Form AND Concussion Information Form) will be emailed to you and posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 1 week prior to the start of the camp. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
