Ohio State Baseball September Team Camp 2023
Camp Description
This team camp will feature two teams of high school aged participants / campers of up to a maximum of 17 members per team; we recommend 15 or less. Teams will receive instruction and interaction from camp coaches. Teams will provide detailed rosters with information upon arrival of camp check-in to camp coaches.

Enrollment
The fee for the Buckeye August Team Camp is $450 per team. The camp is open to any and all entrants of high school ages and any team to signs up while this camp is posted online, limited at 2 total teams on a first come first served basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper. Baseball glove, bat, helmet, and either rubber molded cleats or athletics shoes are to be warn at all times on the turf at Bill Davis Stadium. When utilizing the batting cages campers are to be wearing tennis shoes or turf shoes with rubber soles. No cleats in the cages.
Meals and Housing
There will not be lunch provided at this camp. Campers and teams are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
