
Ohio State Women's Volleyball Team Camp
Bring your High School team to train, learn, bond, compete and prepare for the season. Spend 3 days training skills and improving your team systems and team dynamics with Ohio State student-athletes and coaches while competing against other High School teams. This camp is for full teams and not for individual campers.
This camp is for full high school teams only, High School coaches interested in attending camp must email Caitlin Knoll knoll.101@osu.edu to register.
CAMP INFORMATION
Date, Age Group, & Location
- Dates: July 24-26, 2026 (Check-in will be assigned per team in early to mid afternoon & check out will be approximately 1-5pm on Sunday depending on tournament bracket/format)
- Ages: High School Teams
- Cost: $350 overnight; $270 day camper; $150 for first coach; $200 per additional coach
- Discounts: Employee 20%; Sibling 20% (Campers will register in full online now, discounts will be applied after camp date. Please bring employee ID to check-in.) If your full team is flying in for this camp you will receive 2 free registrations for chaperones/coaches.
- Location: Multiple gyms around campus
- Camp Staff: Our staff is made up of Ohio State players, coaches and alumni as well as other college and elite coaches from around the country

Cost per camper:
Overnight camper: $350
Commuter camper: $270
First Coach $150
*First Coach is $150, additional Coaches are $200
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper. It is recommended to bring multiple shirts with you each day as summer days in Columbus can get hot. Overnight campers staying in dorms will need to bring pillows, linens, and all items needed to stay overnight in the dorms.
Meals and Housing
All meals and housing are provided for the duration of the camp for overnight campers. For day campers, only lunch is included and dinners when applicable.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund request’s supporting documentation must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
