OHIO STATE WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL ELITE CAMP
This is an all-skills overnight camp with multiple sessions designed for athletes looking to improve their game.
Many sessions will include competitive games where we will focus on team concepts, communication, responding to
errors and team dynamics. Campers will have the opportunity to connect with volleyball players from around the state and
country as they experience life on campus at Ohio State!
CAMP INFORMATION
Date, Age Group, & Location
- Dates: July 14th-15th Times TBD
- Ages: Girls entering grades 7-12 in Fall 2026
- Cost: $420 for Overnight and $375 for Commuter
- Discounts: Employee 20%; Sibling 20%; 300 mile 50%; $80 per session prorate and an additional $50 if staying overnight (Campers will register in full online now, discounts will be applied after camp date. Please bring employee ID to check-in.)
- Location: Covelli Center and other gyms around campus
- Camp Staff: Our staff is made up of Ohio State players, coaches and alumni as well as other college and elite coaches from around the country
Tentative Schedule
Tuesday, July 14th
Check-in: 2:30pm-3:30pm
Camp: 3:30pm-8:45pm
Wednesday, July 15th
Check-in: 8:00am-9:00am (Only if you did not attend day 1 of camp)
Camp: 9:00am-4:15pm
These times are tentative and subject to change. We will send out a detailed schedule as we get closer to camp.
Cost
Cost: $420 for Overnight and $375 for Commuters
If you are not able to attend both days of camp, you can register for a single day. The prorated amount is $ per day.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Balls will be provided.
Meals and Housing
All meals and housing are provided for the duration of the camp for overnight campers. For day campers, only lunch is included and dinners when applicable.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund request’s supporting documentation must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
