Cheerleading Combine

COMBINE INFORMATION
The Ohio State University Cheerleading Team is proud to host the 2024 Ohio Cheerleading Combine for high school and all-star cheerleaders. This combine is designed to give each attendee an inside look at multiple collegiate cheer and STUNT teams while being evaluated by the Ohio State coaching staff, and other college coaches and student-athletes in attendance. The combine schedule will give each camper the best opportunity to display their skills while giving college coaches an accurate evaluation on each camper’s current ability and potential. Each college coach in attendance will receive detailed rosters and contact information on each participant at the combine. Please note: This event is not an instructional clinic and is designed for athletes to showcase their skillset to college coaches in attendance.
Vendor Information
- Event: 250+ High school aged cheerleaders (grade 10 and older) will be showcasing their athletic and gameday skills to 35+ college programs in attendance.
- Event Time: 9:45am-4:30 pm
- *Vendors can arrive and begin setup at 9:15 am
- Fee: $250 *provides vendor with a table to setup and share information on their business or product. No on-site product sales are permitted.
- Vendors will need to stay on the main concourse level and will not be permitted on the floor.
- We cannot provide a power source for vendor tables.

Date: Saturday June 15, 2024
Grades: Entering grade 10 in fall of 2024 and older
Location: Covelli Center (2640 Fred Taylor Drive, Columbus, OH, 43210)
Camp Staff: Participants will be under the instruction of the Ohio State Cheer team coaching staff, members of the Ohio State strength and conditioning staff, and current Ohio State student-athletes. Participants will be able to meet other collegiate athletes and coaches in attendance.

Enrollment
The fee for the Ohio Cheerleading Combine is $130 per camper. This fee will include an Ohio Cheerleading Combine tee shirt. The camp is open to any and all males and females entering 10th grade in the fall of 2024 and older. There is a maximum number of campers permitted (255), so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Meals and Housing
There will be a 45 minute lunch break. Lunch will not be provided. Concession stands will be open. Participants can bring snacks/ lunch with them. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason. Because we must guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for the combine, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.

Camp will take place at the Covelli Center located on the campus of The Ohio State University at 2640 Fred Taylor Dr, Columbus, OH 43210. The exact check-in location will be through the main doors on the southwest side of the building
