Ohio State Football Middle School 7-on-7 Camp
OHIO STATE MIDDLE SCHOOL 7-ON-7 CAMP
Middle School 7 on 7 camp is open to any and all Middle School teams with participants entering 7th grade and 8th grade in fall of 2024. Camp sessions will be headquartered at the Les Wexner Football Complex at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center located at 535 Irving Schottenstein Dr. on the Ohio State University campus. All camps are non-contact. ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.
Note: If your team has both 7th and 8th graders you will register as an 8th grade team.
NO WALK-UP REGISTRATION FOR TEAMS OR INDIVIDUALS.
Camp Information
Dates: Wednesday, June 12th
Grades: Open to any and all Middle School teams with participants entering 7th grade and 8th grade in the fall of 2024.
Location: Woody Hayes Athletic Center
Cost: $250 per team
*Registering after June 2, team cost will be $275
Once you’ve paid for your team online, each camp participant will need to complete these three forms prior to competing: Registration Form, Medical Waiver and Concussion Waiver. These forms can be found at the link below. You can mail in forms or bring to camp check-in. Please do not mail after June 1st.
Tentative Schedule
Check-in: 8:45am
Head Coaches Mtg: 9:15am (Team Room)
Pool play and Tournament: 10:00am-4:00pm
Address to facility: 2450 Fred Taylor Drive, Columbus OH 43210. This will take you to the parking lots (Gray Lots) next to our Track facility. From here you will walk through the Softball entrance which leads you to the Woody Hayes Indoor Field.
Enrollment
The deadline to register for this camp is June 2nd. Registrations postmarked after June 2nd will be charged a late team registration fee of $25. Helmets are needed for this camp. Players may register with their team only. We will not have a house team. There is a limited number of spots open for this camp so please register early! All camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). ALL CAMPERS NEED TO BRING A HELMET.
Please note: Team's can only bring one team per grade.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Discounts
A school or coach bringing 2 or more teams will be eligible for a discount rate of $200 per team.
Meals and Housing
Lunch will not be provided. We will have food trucks where campers can get food when they are not playing. This is a day camp only and no overnight accommodations will be provided.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
This camp is not refundable for ANY reason for individual entries.
