
OSUDT 2 Day Elite Youth Camp
Are you ready to give your child an unforgettable opportunity to train like a future Buckeye? Our 2-Day Elite Youth Dance Camp is a carefully designed, elite experience that offers younger dancers a unique look into the world of the Ohio State Dance Team. This is a chance for your child to develop their skills while receiving expert training from the top-tier dancers and coaches that make up one of the most prestigious collegiate dance teams in the nation.
The camp will feature a variety of combo classes, a campus tour, and a bonding session with the OSUDT.
This camp is open to all dancers that will be in grades 6-8 for the 2026-2027 academic year. There are a limited number of spots open for each grade, so be sure to register early!
This is an advanced level experience; ability to quickly pick up choreography, execute a double pirouette and advanced leaps is highly recommended. Participants will be required to provide their own overnight accommodations.

Camp Information
Dates: August 15-16
Grades: 6-8 for the 2026-2027 School Year
Location: Steelwood Athletic Center (1160 Steelwood Rd.) This camp will take place throughout various locations on campus, but Steelwood will be used as our camp headquarters.
Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State athletes and coaches.

1:45 - 2:30PM – Registration
2:30 - 6:30PM – Training Block
6:30 - 7:00PM – Dinner
Sunday, August 16th
9:30 - 12:30PM – Training Block
12:30 - 1:00PM – Showcase
Enrollment
The fee for the OSUDT 2 Day Youth Camp is $255 per camper. The camp is open to all dancers entering grades 6-8 for the 2026-2027 school year.
There is a maximum number of campers permitted in each of these camps, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. If registering by mail, please make checks payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
Equipment
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
Meals and Housing
Dinner on August 15th will be provided. This is a day camp only and no meals or overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
Required Forms for Participation
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Confirmation
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps-and-clinics. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.
Refunds
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 3 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 3 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury or illness, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
